“I contacted Adobe windows because I needed a heat reducing solution to my south facing bedroom. I have a health condition which makes me unable to move rooms easy, and the heat is dangerous for my health. I emailed the company asking for advice as to the best film for my requirements. They were very informative and advised on best film, but also sent me samples to choose from.
However, as the heatwave was approaching, I couldn’t wait and made a decision based on the website info. To be surprise, they sent me the films with next day delivery without changing me extra. They showed great sensitivity and excellent customer service to a vulnerable client, without me having to ask for special treatment.
Five stars are not enough for their service, it’s makes all the difference.
When it comes to the film, it was a title tricky to fit but nothing too difficult or time consuming. It does work as the sun doesn’t get the room as hot as it was before and takes away the glare without reducing the light or view much.
A very happy customer, highly recommend.”
“I ordered this film for my kitchen door for some privacy, really pleased with the product and the design that I chose. I provided measurements and the delivered product was spot on to my measurements. very easy to apply too.”
“Looks very good and makes the room feel bigger and more private. A bit fiddly to do the first pane but ok after that. Hope it lasts on the south facing window as not cheap.”
“Two sorts ordered, a tinted one for bedroom windows, and a mirrored one for lounge windows and back door of garage.
The tinted one was OK to install and looks fine, there was two of us which helped.
I'm not sure if it reduces the heat inside or not, as it claimed too, I think it's so hot anyway I'm not sure anything would make a difference.
Haven't installed the mirrored one yet, the film for that appears to have been damaged Inthe factory or delivery office, as if a stapler or something was used on top of it. It requires more investigation and may not be suitable. The tinted one was helped a bit with privacy and looking from outside you can't see in as well as you could”
“Exceptional value for money product. Quick delivery, good communication and clear instructions are provided to understand how to install the product.”
“I ordered a length of Willow Reed film to provide some privacy to my vestibule door. All the pictures on your website illustrate a pattern in a vertical application. The film I received was in a horizontal pattern, not what I wanted. I didn't feel your website wasn't straightforward regarding roll length and roll height. I thought I'd ordered the correct way but obviously not. I wanted a vertical pattern that was 76cm wide by a roll length of 200cm, my confusion lead to this situation.”
“The dichroic film is amazing. I am absolutely loving the colour shifts and transformations. I have laminated two large glass panes which will be going into my porch and providing a psychadelic vibe to the front of the house. Unfortunately, it has not yet been installed as the porch is under reconstruction but photos will follow.
A wonderful product!!”
“We purchased 3 window films for our new glass doors, excellent products which were cut to the size we specified on the website, the website was really easy to use from looking for the specific design we wanted adding sizes and purchasing. The window films arrived within the timescale stated and also came with full instructions for installation and tool required to install. Excellent products and we would definitely use this company again. Thank you”
