Thank you for your review.
We are sorry you are unhappy with the window film sample you ordered but it is good that you ordered a sample before making a larger purchase.
We disagree that the film is of 'poor quality' and many of the reviews confirm that our films are good quality.
Kind Regards
Lissa
“Very impressed. I needed to improve privacy on my street positioned windows without compromising on light and these fitted the bill perfectly. Make my windows look more expensive and as if they have a frosted glaze.”

“We are happy that an internal glass door is now up to safety standards . However my friend followed the instructions to the letter and the window was cleaned thoroughly several times before fitting and as instructed used the solution liberally "you can't use too much" and we are left with bubble marks quite endearing. We assume this is down to the age of the glass involved which maybe not as smooth as it might be.
We have added decorative film to distract from this.”
Hello,
Thank you for leaving a review.
We always advise that if you follow the fitting instructions you shouldn't get any bubbles.
It could possibly be due to not enough pressure being applied.
Kind Regards
Tracey

“Great product, good quality, great price and a service far above at least one competitor. The order was correct when it arrived, well packaged, and even a couple of squeegees were supplied at no charge.
The film is a little fiddly to apply at first but with practice becomes much easier. The results for us have been perfect, no more lace curtains.”

“The film arrived quickly and in the correct size. I found the application tricky, but I probably didn't read the instructions fully. Tip - there are two sides to the instructions :o)”
