“Recently did a repeat order, unfortunately the carrier mucked up the delivery (inexperienced driver, they said) so were going to deliver my dough a day late in whatever state it would have been having sat in the van for a day. The Team at Virtue came up trumps and organised a special delivery, the dough was in perfect nick and very tasty (sourdough). This is such a reliable option if you know when you want to make pizza - just ask Virtue to sort it, plus: the dough keeps well in the freezer.”

“Very good. I am using an Ooni 16” oven. I chose the largest of the three dough sizes but think I could have gone with the middle size in hindsight. Have used Ooni dough previously but would certainly say this feels lighter and raises better on the crust. Will buy again.”
