I ordered through this company to cater for my gluten-free relatives for a party. I ordered weeks in advance. I got a call on the day before delivery saying GF was unavailable and it would arrive a day late - it never arrived. Really disappointed with the service.

Ordered a bottle of garlic and thyme oil. Never came, charged for it and then never returned my email asking about it. So not great.

We have ordered the sourdough before and it has always been rising with a very crunchy and tasty crust. However, the last batch we received, making pizza yesterday, the dough does not rise (following all the recommended instructions) before or in the oven. It turned out tasteless, flat and dry. We ordered 36 balls and suspect they are all 'off'

Hello Ian, as per my email to you earlier in the week, you ordered a different type of dough this time to the ones you've had previously, and it just needs longer to prove. We've had great reviews from the same batch so I dont think its off, but if you have further issues, please let me know. Many thanks for your feedback.

The product arrived late and there was no communication to explain this. This really let us down as it was for a party.

Hi Mike, really sorry that the courier let you down, following our conversation we will be refunding your order today as a token of apology. Glad to say we are switching to DPD as of the New Year, which should massively improve the delivery reliability.
