With much anticipation - I meticulously followed your instructions and watched all the online videos. However, the frozen dough balls simply didn't 'prove' noticeablely in size as anticipated. I used individual proving containers and ensuring the dough balls were fully thawed at room temperature.
This was obviously reflected in making the pizzas. The dough was difficult to stretch and shape.
