“Been looking for a good supply of sourdough for a long time. The Virtue dough is the best I've found. Ordering and delivery very easy and the dough comes in insulated boxes with ice packs ready to defrost or put in the freezer. Pizzas came out perfect with puffed crusts and thin bases. No tears while stretching and no sticking to the peel. Brilliant all round, thanks!”

“It is an excellent product and can't wait to put the range on my menu. It ticks all the boxes and I am sure my customers will enjoy the true taste of Italian pinsa bases. I just need to now source really good quality classic Italian toppings and sauces. My business is based on a meat free bakehouse so will also specialise in Gluten free as this is a growing market with no real availabillity in this greater area. I want to try your gluten free pizza base but it would really be great if you could also supply as a panouzo and puccia they would be stars in Blackpool. Will be oredering a considerable amount once I am open.”

“My customers absolutely love the parbaked sourdough bases. They are delicious and so quick and easy to cook. I've also had fantastic feedback on the gluten free bases saying they are the best they have tried and the bases are lovely and crispy”
