“I had some scrap silver to sell and these guys were the first I spoke with on the phone. I had checked the value on a couple of sites before and they made a reasonable offer over the phone. I let them collect my package which had tracking updates sent to me and expected a downgrade when they checked the contents but they phoned me up and said it was exactly as described and paid out in full. Took less than a week from start to finish. I can’t fault their service.”

“Basically they lost my box. It then tool them 28 days to sort it out. Yes they did pay compensation but did not take into consideration of the contents of the box. I gave comprehensive list with pictures of contents but still no comment just paid I my opinion less of what should of got. Dont trust this company.”

“Very polite staff with ok communication I sent them a wide variety of cameras with a second hand retail price of £2700 there offer was £350 totally shocked with the offer hoof job I’m not desperate for cash I can only assume that would be the only reason for getting so big I would only say if you are desperate for cash use this company other wise use Facebook Etsy Ebay or any other platform for sale stuff items returned one item damaged with very poor packaging if desperate use them if not look elsewhere”
