“I used Vintage cash cow for the 1st time and will NEVER USE again and will NEVER recommend to any of my past business customers or friends. Wish I had never used them as they are obviously just ripping people off. The offer was pathetic for more than 235 items sent which included boxed sets of items in new condition and items I already checked were fetching 100s online just for parts. Customer service were rude and arrogant. I was driving when got the offer after a hectic day , I should have said send items back as worth hell of a lot more than 44p each especially as some gold items included.”

“Had a phone call with someone from this company and they advised me on what to put in my box to get the best offer. I did as advised and put a wide range of goods into my 2 boxes, some a lot better than others. I was shocked when I got my offer, I had expected at least double what had been offered after talking to a few people.so all in all, very disappointing. Will not use them again.”

“From initially being a little sceptical, I was genuinely impressed by the service that Vintage Cash Cow provided. I had tried selling stuff previously to various specialised shops and had mostly been met with snobbery or a 'it's not worth anything'/'I can't give you much for this old tat' type of approach. With Vintage Cash Cow, by contrast, I felt that I was dealt with fairly, transparently and above all courteously throughout the whole process. They also stuck to the timelines given for providing a quote and (once I'd accepted this) payment. The phone operatives that I dealt with were very helpful and professional. I will definitely be sending at least one more box.”
