“Great how the items are picked up from your house, speedy valuation and call to discuss the offer. Annoying to be told that you will get an hour time slot for the parcel to be picked up by email that day, and then the slot I was given was between 00.00 and 00.00, which means nothing and I had to wait in all day until it was picked up late afternoon so took my whole day. Also the price was lower than expected for the items after the research I had done”

“Collection was easy to book and I didn’t even have to address the box! Got an email to say items had arrived. Did have to chase to get an offer on my items, but in fairness feel sure this was due to covid and increased items received. Anyway someone rang me back and although unfortunately my items weren’t worth a fortune I felt it was fair and accepted the offer. The cheque arrived the next day, so all in all really good and would use again if I had anything to send.”
