“So easy to use. Postage labels sent very quickly, packed my box, walked to the Post Office - three days later had a ‘phone call explaining how my items would be sold/moved on and was offered what I thought was a very good price for odds and ends that hadn’t seen daylight for ages. My cheque arrived within a couple of days, plus another supply of labels. Need to hunt out some more unwanted ‘stuff’! Have introduced a neighbour to the site.”

“I have sent some silver items weighing 330 gramas for valuation and sale - I was told that not all items were silver - despite being hallmarked - I asked to be transferred to the valuer, and educate myself on the meaning of the hallmark on the cartouche - but he did not instill in me any faith when I specifically asked to take me through it. On one of the items, there is a 'serpent' looking like symbol and he said: "I think ...it is Sheffield" - I then asked, since he is the senior valuer, you think or you know it is Sheffield? At this point, he was offended by my question.. and he said that he was going to return the items! I thought at the time that this is a good service, no-lose situation, and it turned out too good to be true! I will buy a symbol book!”

Hi Graziella, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I've taken a look into your account and can see that some of the items in your appraisal have been logged as silver-plated, rather than sterling silver. Any metal items that our appraisers are uncertain of are tested using an XRF gun which uses radiation to determine the metal. Also, as we're a bulk decluttering service, I can determine that the offer made for your items was also reflective of the volume of items you sent to us, as there was less than 500g of items in total, in your parcel.
