“Really easy process. Had lovely call to explain what can and can't be accepted and timescales. Informed when parcel arrived, called next day with detailed breakdown of box contents and made offer, which was very pleasing. Accepted on spot and funds in my account within 2 days. Everything I sent was either going to be thrown away or just festering in a drawer so it was always going to be a win for me. I expect company to be making money too but I was delighted with my return and how easy and quick it was. No brained for me.”
