“Very pleased with my new sign. Looks even better than shown on line. Good service from Village signs.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered a large 'arch' shaped sign at £160. It took 10 weeks to receive (and I was told the standard was 11 weeks, though this is not what the website says). The painting on the sign is tiny and totally out of proportion to the size of the sign, and I am not the first customer to complain about this. Apparently, the painting size defaults to the very small oval sign, and unless you choose a specific image reference at checkout and make a specific request for the size of the painting, you will receive a big black empty sign with a small painting in the middle! Terrible experience, and apparently all my fault for not understanding the website. Buy with caution.....”

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the sign received, customer satisfaction is of high importance to us! We do offer a range of sizes and motif designs and the motif is one standard size. We show different designs on different-sized plaques to allow customers to see the space available. I am unable to look into your specific order as there is no information in regards to this, but if you wish to contact us directly I will be happy to look into this further for you. Many thanks, Village Green

“Very pleased with our door name plate. Quality excellent. Colours as vibrant as shown in the image. Delivery rather slow but looking at the quality and care taken this is understandable. Good customer service too!”

“We are delighted with our Kingfisher plaque which is mounted beside our brand new front door. Our neighbours also love it too. The artist has captured the character of the bird we are often lucky to see locally. Well done all involved with this excellent product!”

“I cannot fault the sign which I am delighted with, but the delay in delivering of almost 2 months was disappointing. I had been informed when ordering, and accepted a delay but had not expected such a long wait. I repeat that I am delighted with the sign which is now fitted and looks beautiful. But for the excessive time to complete the order, I should have unhesitatingly given 5 stars”
