“We are absolutely with our house signs, thank you. They are as imagined and have we to commend you on your website which is very user friendly. The only suggestion to pass on is that it would be helpful to provide a thick rubber washer, which would give a cushion between the sign and the area it was attached, thus avoiding any risk of the slate cracking.”

“About 5 weeks after ordering and paying I received a phone call to tell me that my house sign had been delivered to the wrong address over 200 miles away. Sure enough the next day I received the wrong sign from the other address. I was asked to post back the incorrect sign and was told would be reimbursed £5. I posted it back 2 days ago and sent a text message saying I had done so. I have yet to hear when and indeed if I am going to receive my house sign.”

“I purchased a sign with a fox on but unfortunately the colour of the fox was not like the sign advertised, so I was very disappointed.I think it might be an idea to mention on the site that colours may vary.I was offered a small 10% discount.Taking all this in to account I would not buy from again.”
