“I have marked this as very good because the slate house sign design I chose is quite lovely. However, I felt some email updates along the way would have settled my nerves a bit, or the emails I received provided a little more detail. Two weeks after placing my order I received an email saying my order had been shipped but without an indication as to how long this could take (11 days inc. weekends) but received a "Write your review" email before I had received the finished house sign.”
