Pleased with the quality however on my order I had 3 lines of my address and there are only 2 on the sign, which I can accept but wasn’t informed on this any any stage of the order, order did take a lot longer that was indicated on the web page and I had to chase it up a number of times. I know times are very challenging just now but a bit of communication would have been appreciated

Lovely sign arrived but illustration damaged because screws were packed on top of the painted area - would be better if screws placed outside the bubble wrap.

When open the package it was Damaged, contacted the seller after we sent a photo of the damaged sign & they said that it would be replaced.(still waiting) Suggest they put more packing around before the post it and put label on it to say it is fregile

Happy with sign but disappointed with customer service I did not receive my sign within the scheduled time and sent a email and within a couple of minutes received a message that my sign was on its way

Delivery service was extremely poor worst service As item took over a month to arrive (I have proof and receipts ) but price and customer service were reasonably and lovely but as a whole would not recommend or use again

Customer service was very good HOWEVER the sign its self is not worth the £83 I paid for it, it took longer than expected and needed to be returned due to poor quality, this is where the good customer service comes in but the sign is very lightweight and I doubt very much it will last through years of weather, time will tell. I wouldn't recommend them for their timescales and prices.

The dispatch/delivery of my sign was quite slow at over 2 weeks. I was a little disappointed with the quality when it arrived, as the text seems somewhat blurry. However, the sign itself is strong and comes with a good fixing kit including the screw caps. Well packaged, no damage. Delivered within 3 days of dispatch.

Slate plaque looks good and for now it is great, but I thought it would have been deep etched so that I could fill/paint in lettering when original wears off.

I first purchased our sign on the 13th of May, this was not a special commission design but one that they already offered online. I did no actually receive the sign until the 2nd of August. Part of the reason was due to the original sign that was sent on the 28th of June (still a long wait) got lost in transit. So I had to wait another five weeks for a replacement. I do appreciate that all of these are handmade and hand painted and that really does show in the finished result and in the grand scheme it was of course worth the wait. It was just frustrating as I felt I was being messed around. I would buy from them again, however my expectations have come down.

I purchased a slate house sign. The slate was 5mm, I expected thicker. The characters were spray painted on, the coverage was very thin.

Although the sign itself is lovely it did take about 3 months to arrive. Also I had to send it back as there was some damage to the paintwork. When it was sent back to me the paintwork had been repaired where it was originally chipped but the sign now has some new chips to the picture part of the sign so very noticeable! Disappointed in this due to the price of the sign. I won’t be sending it back again in case of anymore damage, and will repair the sign myself. But saying that the Customer service was good and they replied quickly and politely whenever I sent an email. Sorry, would have loved to give you 5 stars but just can’t.

The website self-design service is easy and quick to use and the sign arrived promptly. However, the 'white' printed letters are very pale - almost grey, even against a slate background, which is a shame as the slate itself is quite good. I think a better opacity and quality ink for the letters would have been better.

Very pleased with the hand painted sign. Looks great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the delivery was well over 3 months.

Acceptable in the end, although I have yet to take delivery of my sign. Trying to order one was a bit of a mission in so far as I didn’t totally understand the ordering jargon for example: all around the top/bottom and all around the oval?? What exactly is that referenced to, I am not stupid but it wasn’t clear so decided to make contact by the old fashioned method - the telephone! An American on the ansaphone telling me to call back later. After several attempts I ended up emailing ‘someone’ I did eventually get a call back and from then on the order was straightforward. My advice is to have a human at the other end of the phone to prevent the likes of me giving up and going somewhere else. Receipt of the sign will tell me if all the hassle was worth it.

We have had some technical issues without phone lines over the last few weeks, so we are terribly sorry if this caused any inconvenience. I haven't yet received my sign, it's about 38 hawthorn Road, im sure I clicked post to 1 Johnson Road on my eBay account but haxe not yet received it

Signs received were fine but was rather disappointed that they took well over 2 months to arrive. I was only given information about delay when I enquired. Also one of the 2 signs had some bits missing due to bubbles and some paint missing. Just not what I expected for the price. Solution offered was to send back for repainting but really didn't want to do this as had waited so long already. Overall disappointed.

We are awfully sorry that you are not happy with the sign you received :( You mention about bubbles on the sign - I think this may be down to the natural material of the resin we use. Unfortunately we cannot avoid this. In regards to the delay in getting your sign to you - we cannot apologise enough for this but hope the 20% partial refund off your order was a suitable compensation for this. But a lot of love and care goes in to each sign we make so we are just as disappointed to hear when one of our customers are not 100% happy with the overal product.

Although circumstances led to significant delay in shipping my order, they kept me informed of progress and I'm entirely happy with the sign as delivered.

Sign took approximately two weeks to arrive - customer service was good but the pledge that they had been busy crafting the sign possibly raised our hopes as we had a feeling of disappointment when we finally viewed it as it did not look premium and the white ink not strong and crisp on the slate. Also the sizings of each element were quite small so an electronic proof would have been a good step. We will put it up though and not completely disappointed!
