“My dog was very ill and I had limited options available with regards to what to do. Although I tried to remain positive the vet on call that evening made all my option perfectly clear. Made the final decision clearer and with her own personal input made things easier to accept.”

“Took my cat there because he needed to give blood. The vets were very helpful and told us everything we needed to know. They took us through the whole process and gave us updates. I would strongly recommend them as you know your pet will be in good care and taken care of. :)”

“Our poor family went through hell as our beloved dog had to be put to sleep ,your Italian vet was a rude ,horrid person with no compassion,because we were a pdsa client our dog never got the blood he needed & it’s all about money ,the service was disgusting”

“They made me feel at ease they helped my dog and myself at a very stressful and upsetting time cannot thank them enough all staff are great from reception staff nurses and vet Scott Fitzpatrick cannot thank them enough”

“I can’t express my gratitude sufficiently as l feel you saved my dogs life.I suspect he was deliberately poisoned and the Police are aware of this fact.l have no doubt whatsoever that with the proper interventions he would not have survived. I have recently been considering making a Will and have now decided to do so and leave something to yourselves and the PDSA Once again,many thanks from me and from my wonderful Boxer,Enzo. “The staff were very helpful and quick but I did feel very emotional and felt I agreed to other test that my own vet insisted in carrying out the next day so potentially I paid for everything twice. That would be my only issue. I know it's a process of elimination but it was very quick”
