“Vet and medical care was faultless and then I got the invoice... expected approx £150-£180 for evening appointment, anti inflammatory and antibiotic injections plus take home drugs... This is what I have paid at out of hours vets over the last 20 years of pet ownership. Vets Now charged £255. Each drug had an admin fee which was approximately 100% mark up on top of the already excessive fee for the medication... I feel that this organisation are profiteering and exploiting vulnerable pet owners... disgusting.... I only hope it doesn’t put people off using them till surgeries open the next day... pets will suffer. I will feed back to my own vet when I next see him...”

“The lovely ladies at Vets Now in Hull we're incredible when my Staffy was run over. They gave her all the medical care she needed and all the love she would have gotten at home while she stayed with them! Plus they let me call at all hours to check on her. Couldn't fault it.”

“Fantastic care for merlin throughout a very difficult time. He was always happy to see you guys and not stressed about staying with you. I was kept in regular contact throughout his stay. Made a very hard time much easier x thank you”
