“We decided to go with Verisure in the end, we struggled with a lot of the competition in the market and who to choose, but nothing came close to Verisure. “I have no idea why these reviews are so bad on this site! Go to TrustPilot, you'll see actual honest reviews and thousands of them! I have been with Verisure for 6 months now. Their customer service is excellent (I actually manage a support desk for the company I work - different sector but regardless, I know what good customer service is) and I have never had any issues whatsoever with Verisure. They are very thorough. They do all the maintenance needed which is included in the monthly price (even come out to change any camera batteries when they eventually need changing although they do last!) Today I spoke to Pete to book in a second Arlo camera in the back garden and possibly a doorbell also. The alarm system is brilliant. It is subscription based (monthly) rather than yearly so if really needed, you could give two months notice and stop all payments after then. You are not tied in for a year or more. The camera's are excellent, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.”

“The company came and have me a quote the quote was good 👍 sales staff knew what they was talking about and not pushy to sell more ! ! Fixing date was made for 5 days later and all went well The same person did the fitting ! Tanya she was so good and knew what she was doing 10 out of 10 for all work ! Everything was fully explained how to use it ! Very happy man and recommend to everyone alarm was fitted on the 29/09/2022 install number 383654”

We have had the Verisure system for over a year now and it has worked perfectly. I've since tested it to check people come through as promised on the phone and the control panel and they do very quickly. We have never felt safer. Especially my wife.”
“A kind man came to the house and offered a system for £500. He said he would do the system for £450 after Imade him a cup of tea. I though this was a good price and about to sign when my friend phoned. After a 20 minute chat With Cathy (my friend) I felt like another brew. So kettle on, tea made and now the system is £400. Figuring giving tea to the salesman convinced him to give me discounts, I proceeded to fire up my catering tea urn. And provide a further 8 cuppa. He was mortified and called me a crazy tea wench. He said I was wasting his time and promptly left.”

They are now on a hard sales drive and growing too quickly to the extent they cannot look after the customers they have already got
If you get a problem they do not seem to be able to sort it without making you wait two to three weeks which is not good enough
We were with ADT who became Terrible unfortunately unless Verisure get there act together they are also going to become terrible
