“It’s good knowing there is a team monitoring your property when you’re not there. Should an alarm be triggered the response is swift. Whilst on most occasions it’s the something like the postman forcing something through the letter box it’s good to know in the event of a real emergency it wouldn’t go unnoticed and the right action would be taken.”

“Outstanding service from the Verisure engineer Craig Russell! The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable using the system before he left. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority, and nothing was too much trouble. I'm very impressed with both the quality of the work and the excellent customer service provided. A credit to Verisure and a great representative of the company. Highly recommended!”

“We have successfully had install the Verisure house protection system installed by Verisure. From initial request for pricing and installation it was a dream Verisure ran through every detail from the cost to the installation and support they provide. Very professional extremely polite and once installed took the time with a step by step teaching of how the system works and how it integrates with their front end computer should the alarm be triggered. Nothing in life is free but the cost is reasonable and definitely gives you peace of mind and makes you feel safe especially in today’s world where the risks are real. The after sales team visited after 3 weeks just to check we were comfortable with the system and we understood the system absolutely top rate. We did accidentally activated the system and less than 2 minutes they have contacted us to check all was ok. What price do you put on that type of service let me say a fair and reasonable and affordable one. I would highly recommend this company and the service they deliver as value for money and peace of mind. Happy customer James”

“I received first class customer service from start to finish with installation of my Verisure alarm system with two additional CCTV cameras fitted by George the Customer service engineer. The installation was completed in just two days after placing my order for the Verisure alarm to be fitted. It is all working correctly and being a fully WiFi system there is no wiring involved and looks very neat. I would definitely recommend a Verisure alarm system to anyone considering having a home alarm system to be fitted as it was very excellent installation cost .”

“Thanks VERISURE for a wonderful system, I now have total confidence in the system, I am now, leaving items in the house,which I have not done, in years. I have total peace.And the beauty of the system you can have it on and walk around the house, amazing. “Our previous alarm system broke down so we tried Verisure. Great area agents explain the system in under an hour. Installed even faster. UK based call centre & regular system checks. Not expensive for 24/7 security, just over £1 per day. Best on the market.”
