“As just the householder the explanation of what needs doing and tell me step by step. The agent was very patient with all my questions. He is great advert for Verisure and I will recommend to my friends. He also was friendly to my dog Stan a biig GSD. Thanks to all at Verisure UK.”

“Always a prompt response to an emergency (even one made by ourselves - eg: coming home and entering wrong code on keypad which locked it and alarm wouldn't stop). They spoke to us immediately through keypad to check we were ok and unlocked keypad remotely. Double checked if there was anything else they could help with. So pleased we went with them, we feel very safe and secure at home and know they would respond promptly to any emergency while we are away from home.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed the system was installed, and the care taken during installation. When I had an issue with the alarm, I heard a voice at the code input point, and felt immediately reassured. I almost feel as if someone is babysitting me.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERISURE FOR BOTH EQUIPMENT & SERVICE, WE HAVE HAD VERISURE ON OUR HOME & BUSINESS PREMISES AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TO FAMILY & FRIENDS WHO ALSO USE THEIR SERVICE. VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, AS WE HAVE HAD A FEW MISHAPS, FORTUNATELY NOT BREAK INS, THEIR APP IS EASY TO USE AND WE CAN ARM & DISARM FROM ANYWHERE EVEN WHEN ABROAD! WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH VERISURES SERVICE AND FEEL A SENSE OF SECURITY KNOWING THEY ARE PROTECTING OUR PROPERTIES WHILST WE ARE AWAY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Recently had an alarm trigger at 3am and was quickly contacted by Verisure to advise it was the back door but they had looked at cameras and there was nothing to indicate persons breaking in. It was a problem with the contact and they disabled it and reset my alarm. It took just 2 mins to identify the problem and give me the reassurance that there was nothing to worry about. They advised me to check the contact in morning and contact them if a replacement was needed. Excellent service, rapid response and great reassurance.”

“This is my first time of having a monitored alarm system as I normally have a stand alone system. I have accidently set off my alarm on several occassions and the immediate contact from Verisure call centre to ensure it was me that set my alarm off accidently instills in me a full confidence that my house is well secure and monitored with my verisure system. I have full confidence in recommending anyone to have a Verisure alarm fitted to their property. The whole service I have had from Verisure has been impecable and am happy to have proceeded with verisure after having several other quotations from other well known companies. Excellent service and Excellent equipment.”

“Verisure do what they say. From my experience it is evident that they monitor my alarm system 24 hours every day of the year. Whenever I have had to contact them, their customer service team are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Engineer support, when needed, has been prompt. I have no complaints, and am reassured that my property is protected.”

“Verysure is the leading alarm company in the world. They use the latest technology and equipment. They safeguard the house 24/7. I think that the government should pass legislation to make sure that every house got a Verysure alarm. That will cutdown house burglaries to zero. People can enjoy life without having to worry about the safety of the house.”

“When I moved house i took my alarm system with me. The re- installation went smoothly with no extra cost. The gentleman who installed it was fantastic explaining everything in simple terms. When one of the batteries went on a window custom services guided me through renewing the battery. I cannot recommend Verisure enough. Their installation people are great as are their customer service. I know I can feel safe and secure in my home which important these days. Love you Verisure!!”

“The service from Verisure is excellent as I have solved all the problems I had from home. I also have a.Arlo doorbell camera through them and they have solved many other problems on the phone for me. They provide an excellent service and I've not find a better Alarm company. I particularly like the app as this is easy to set and disable on the alarms. It is excellent with people with and Mobility issues.”

“I accidentally set off the alarm, but Verisure did not assume it was accidental and carried out a full check to ensure my house and myself were OK. I am over 90 years old and live on my own, having Verisure makes me feel perfectly safe. I would definitely recommend them to give protection.”
