“Technical staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, but customer service some times have no idea what they are doing. Maybe good training could help them . Engineers are always on time and efficient when on a visit.”

“They used to take forever to summer the phone when i had an issue. More they assume in a few minutes, and they don't make you jump through the hoops of dozens of menus and sub menus to speak to a human, and you get to speak to an actual human who knows their stuff. Keep it up.”

“Had Verisure some 3 years now was so easy to have installed done in no time, great peace of mind when out. Easy to set and monitor. Contacted when a battery was low on system, engineer called within 2 hours and carried out full service very impressed”

“Installation is quick and easy, overall service is very good. If any problems they get in contact very quickly and get quarterly emails to make sure there any in problems with my cameras.”

“Excellent service from first contact when I asked for a quote, to finalsiation of the installation process. Vak answered my numerous questions at the quotation stage, and offered lots of helpful technical and practical information, which helped me to decide in choosing Verisure to provide my home security. The engineer - Steve Atkinson - was an absolute star; he was such an affable chap, full of conversation and helpful information about how the systems worked, and he was incredibly patient when a problem was encountered, which ultimately led to the discovery of a problem with my internet. Once that problem had been rectified, Steve returned to my property very quickly, giving me priority, to complete the installation. We're absolutely thrilled with the alarm and doorbell/camera/spotlight systems. They provide a real peace of mind when we're out and overnight, when we're in. A quality product, a quality service, provided by quality staff. Thank you, Verisure.”

“We have found Verisure provides a comprehensive and professional service. From the moment they installed my alarm system we have had total confidence in their monitoring of our property. “Verisure is incredible company and employees are Gems so down to earth, 100% service and so kind. As I have requested from one staff to convince the Manager as my case was critical and needed camera urgently in on same day, inspite of tight schedule, Manager arrange Engineer -Florentin Antonica to come in my property and install the camera. I will highly recommend Verisure company to install camera for business or domestic property.”

“Very happy with Verisure system which, although it took longer to install than I was lead to believe, is very straight forward to operate but pretty comprehensive in its coverage. I'm still working on setting the precise parameters for different situations but in saying that it indicates how comprehensive and personaliseable (is that a word...) the system is. The salesman and installer, Sada, gave me a full explanation of the system and its capabilities and then installed it same day. Very pleased overall with price and performance and would highly recommend Verisure to everyone.”

“I just done a contract with the company ‘Verisure’. I am very happy of their services and their company. In one week they called me two times to see if everything is good. They also came to see if everything is good. They are wonderful, especially Nadish. He is always very helpful and is always there to help me at any time and I thank him and the whole company. “I have been with Verisure for just over s week and all I can say is WOW what a difference to my old alarm company ADT. I now leave the house knowing its safe and someone somewhere in the UK is watching and if anything is to happen Police or Verisure guard is on the way. The set up was done the same day as the quite and for what you get in the way of smart tech is amazing. I should of come to Verisure 5 years ago instead of going to ADT but now I know I am safe in my home and my home is safe when im away. I would personally 100% recommed to get yourself a Verisure Alarm for your home, even the doorebell is integrated with the alarm system. The man that came out to quote me he came back 3 hours later fitted everything and showed me how everyhting worked, he then leaves his cotact number for any questions I have and then calls to make sure everything is working as it should and to see if I am happy 8 days later. Now thats great customer service”

“The response to my enquiry was an appointment within 24hrs and a very professional presentation of all the various systems available to us. A thorough appraisal of the property was conducted together to identify the areas of highest threat and a plan for what protection needed was agreed. Once the final price had been agreed the salesman also turned out to be the installer and so as everything is wireless now we were up and running with a functioning alarm system the same day. James was excellent and explained how to set / unset the system and helped set up all the systems on our phones. Other companies we contacted were looking at weeks before they could even book an appointment. A follow up visit a week later from James to check we were comfortable with the system operation etc and complete the necessary paperwork. All in all excellent service and a modern alarm system fitted at a good value price.”

“I've had a fab service from Verisure - Fabian was most helpful both with the sales and install. Everything went smoothly and we didn't feel there was any over selling. We got what we needed. The overall savings we are making against our current supplier are excellent. Cheri from customer services was also great with her welcome phonecall, gave me a couple of tips that I didn't already know. Thank you very pleased.”
