“Super professional service from first call, quickly arranged visit, followed by installation. Great business model and customer focus that the sales person also completes the install, user training and after sales. Vania was really excellent, with clear explanation of the products and service, installed by her next day with great availability and response on follow up questions. Highly recommended, particularly the personable service from Vania.”

“This is the first security company i am using and i am so pleased with them. Every of their service is worth it. They have called me when they suspect any cutout. They have sent replacement batteries and make sure service is up and running. The most important is the call out,they respond swiftly to send their enginners over to rectify any issues,these engineers go above and beyond to make sure my issues are resolved. I will choose verisure over and over again,they give my family peace of mind”

“This is a lot better than our old alarm company who were very well known. For the price we paid from our old company to Verisure now, the price is about the same but we now have CCTVs as well which the other company didn't. Whenever we have a problem, Verisure is a lot quicker for them to attend our premises, compared to our older company which at times took over 3 weeks to get an appointment. We're very happy with Verisure and their engineers have always been very efficient and friendly.”

“I have not long had my Verisure alarm installed and I feel safer in my home and when I go to work knowing that my alarm system is being monitored it’s easy to use with the app and Verisure will call if they notice anything suspicious and they will use the code word that you gave them I would recommend Verisure to any one”

“Spoken to a verisure agent concerning my increase of my monthly fee. She was very professional and listened to my concerns. She came up with a satisfactory solution in which I agreed the new terms. If all the companies I have dealt with in the past had agents as pleasant and understanding as she was ,life would be far more relaxing for old geezer like me.”

“I'm very impressed with our first experiences, ie the installation of a new alarm (having ended our Banhams contract....) by Verisure. Michael S, who put it all in place and explained its working carefully to me, was friendly, patient, helpful and expert. The follow-up call from Max, checking on all the details, was equally careful and helpful. We feel safer than we did before and with luck we'll never have to worry about a possible break-in.”

“I recently had a check of my total security system. The service provided was excellent, and free! The system was fully checked , and the engineers explained in detail how to fully use the system to meet my needs. An outstanding service with excellent engineers.
