“From first contacting them 3 years ago to now. Not had any issues to worry about. If someone sets off our alarm, we get a phone call. When I've had an issue happen (by our own fault) they arrange a suitable to come and sort it for us. Very good and very happy and the price is very much worth it.”

“A very good service. The Field Service Expert did a great job, installed more requested sensors, as well as checking already installed equipment, changing batteries, reinstalling arlo video doorbell, and double checking with me to ensure it was also OK, which it was. Any time I telephone customer services, or get stuck with anything, they are always polite and help to sort the issue out. Very happy with the service and would recommend. Very happy with the service, and would recommend”
