“I am a vulnerable OAP living on my own. 4 weeks ago I was assaulted and robbed by 2 people in broad daylight. I did not have any alarm system except a door cam from Amazon. Verisure - installed a system that I can sleep easy with now. I can highly recommend them - friendly staff - easy installation and peace of mind. Thank you so much. Terry.”

“We have been Verisure customers for a couple of years now. The installation was completed promptly and efficiently. The service is great - I cannot fault it. The equipment has been very reliable and it's very simple to set set the alarm and to monitor things through the app. Definitely worth a look if you're thinking of getting a new alarm system.”

“I was once asked by someone passing by my house whether I thought verisure was good as he also had one and I could not answer because I had never had issues. I had only had it 10 months. Since then, 3 years later, I have tripped the alarm several times and I was contacted by their team immediately. Coupled by the fact when batteries a low on a device I get an email, followed by the batteries, I call them and they talk me through the process. I wish more companies were like this one. They are PROFESSIONAL AND FAULTLESS.”

“Outstanding service by Verisure from start to finish. Great customer service initially to arrange a visit to our house. The Security Consultant Joe Robb and his colleague who came to see us were brilliant, explained everything clearly and easily, we agreed a price and they got to work installing our comprehensive alarm system straight away which included a video doorbell system. Did a super job installing it and we have been so happy with it since. Made us feel much safer and secure.”

“Adam at the call centre and Nahim the salesman/engineer were brilliant. No sales pitch needed. Told me what the product does and how it can protect my property and my family. Didn’t think twice. You can’t put a price on protecting your loved ones. Thanks for the service guys”

“Excellent all round. From our initial online enquiry, to the first phone contact, to the security advisor/installer and the subsequent followup phone call with Adam, we have found the service at Verisure to be excellent. All transactions were timely, professional and courteous. Our installer, Ion, was absolutely excellent. A far improvement on the last security company we used.”

“Excellent service and installation. Riyas Mohamed did an excellent job during the installation. He is a great engineer and very professional and in time. Riyas demonstrated and explained everything and ensured both alarm and doorbell apps were properly functional. Max, who made the initial welcome call was excellent, very polite and professional. Overall the installation and initial contact were great and I have nothing but praise for both Riyas and Max. The contact centre is very prompt and efficient and it has been a great service and experience so far from Verisure. I would highly recommend.”

“Michael the Verisure agent explained the options, did a survey, and gave us a suggestion which was comparable in price to DIY systems. He then completed the installation and explained how it all worked for us.”

“We changed to Verisure after the service we were receiving from our previous security company deteriorated badly. We are very happy with Verisure because their response is so fast, their engineers are very pleasant and helpful and problems are rapidly fixed.”
