“Great customer service from Velovixen when I had to return a cycling top as it was supposed to be large but in effect was very small. So the reason for “good” & not “excellent” is that Velovixen needs to make sure suppliers sizes are an accurate reflection of UK sizes otherwise I would have had no complaint.”

Hi, Gisela - many thanks for your order and for your lovely reviews. Very much appreciated! Just to clarify on returns costs in case it helps others: we offer free UK returns for all orders, but if the net total falls below the free shipping level (currently £50) as a result of refunds, then we do need to keep a £4 shipping fee - the equivalent of our usual shipping cost for an order below £50. “The VeloVixen website and ordering is super easy and the service was fast and efficient. Unfortunately I wasn't at home the first time my delivery was tried. This has nothing to do with VeloVixen themselves, but the information from the delivery company was all wrong. I was advised via email that the 2nd attempt would be the following Monday however they returned on the Saturday and the Sunday whilst I was away. I hadn't changed the Monday as this suited me. I was then informed my bib shorts had been sent back to VeloVixen only for them to arrive later that same day. Very confusing I have to say. VeloVixen as a company to buy from were fab though (other than delivery agent). :)”
