The VeloVixen website and ordering is super easy and the service was fast and efficient. Unfortunately I wasn't at home the first time my delivery was tried. This has nothing to do with VeloVixen themselves, but the information from the delivery company was all wrong. I was advised via email that the 2nd attempt would be the following Monday however they returned on the Saturday and the Sunday whilst I was away. I hadn't changed the Monday as this suited me. I was then informed my bib shorts had been sent back to VeloVixen only for them to arrive later that same day. Very confusing I have to say. VeloVixen as a company to buy from were fab though (other than delivery agent). :)
