“Decent dispatch, slower than usual with no communication to say ‘don’t worry’. Website design makes for easy access to the item info you need; size guide and reviews. Always worth a look. Still find cycling kit expensive so always looking for good value.”

“I initially bought the wrong size. Tried to ring and sort out a swap but nobody answered the phone. My email wasn't answered. I ended up ordering another size before VV had received the first ones back as I was worried about them selling out. This meant I lost out on using my strava discount code. Shame nobody responded to my stock enquiry as doing so could have meant I could have waited and done a postal swap which would have saved me a significant amount of money.”

“Everything I have bought from them has been good except for a pair of cycling shorts, which turned out to be uncomfortable as the padding rubbed. Padded underwear and my new gloves are very good performers.”

“I bought some gloves for my daughter as a present for her birthday. Unfortunately the time frame for returning items is only 15 days and as they are too small for her I cannot return them. I ordered in advance to make sure they arrived in time snd this is why I ran out of time to return. So not ideal when buying presents”
