I initially bought the wrong size. Tried to ring and sort out a swap but nobody answered the phone. My email wasn't answered. I ended up ordering another size before VV had received the first ones back as I was worried about them selling out. This meant I lost out on using my strava discount code. Shame nobody responded to my stock enquiry as doing so could have meant I could have waited and done a postal swap which would have saved me a significant amount of money.
