Hello Michelle, I've looked at the correspondence between yourself and our support staff. From what I can see you have mixed the concentrates in an e liquid at 30% flavouring. This is much more than we recommend. We display our recommended percentages on our product pages, we don't advise using much more than these values as it can cause an adverse affect, meaning the finished e liquids will appear to have no flavour and / or may taste very chemically. The products you received are the same products you would find elsewhere for example if you bought direct from the manufacturer. I'm sorry you feel that the products you received did meet your expectations however from a service point of view we have shipped & delivery the items in a timely manner and have tried to help & guide with your mixing via email. I hope you can reconsider your review rating to base it upon the service you received as opposed to the products. Thanks Vapour Depot

Products are of great quality but shipping outside of GB is terrible. My order took 4 months to arrive in the Netherlands. Now i know that they can't help COVID and Brexit and the delays due to those circumstances but replying to every mail with "we can't help it, just wait" and not even replying to the final complaint at all is just plain rude. Ordered from the USA this time, took a month and shipping was cheaper. Not giving vapour depot another chance.

Hi Rene I’m sorry that you’ve had issues with how long your delivery has taken to arrive. I can see that the order was initially shipped on 12th August and arrived on 9th October for you due to the delays. I’ve spoken with the agent dealing with your support ticket and can see that they reached out to Royal Mail on several occasions to get a shipping update for you (and provided an update when Royal Mail had responded to us). The only information that we received back from Royal Mail is that it was in the destination country awaiting customs clearance for you. Checking the tracking information on the order, we can see that the customs delay was the case as this was indeed with Netherlands customs from 15th August until 8th October. I have checked in relation to a response on the final email and can see that we did fail to respond, which I apologise for. We’ve had some staff absences and it appears this support ticket wasn’t handed over correctly which we will implement a fix for going forward. We are dealing with longer international delivery times at the moment due to COVID and Brexit, however we are displaying warnings on our delivery information page and checkout page to advise delivery times may be significantly longer than expected. Once again we apologise that the order did not meet your expectations, Many thanks Stuart

I’ve been disappointed with how they operate to be honest. They advertise NEXT DAY delivery (24hr delivery) and you maybe don’t receive your order for a few days. You’ll maybe get an order confirmation in a day then another email a day later to say your order is complete. Their excuse is covid this covid that but I’ve ordered from other places and they don’t have an issue.

Hi Craig Sorry to hear that you've had issues with your orders from us. I can see that you made an order on the 5th July that we dispatched on the 6th due to a higher volume of orders during our 20% off sale. We do show postage cut-off as 12pm for orders to ship the same day. Looking at the delivery confirmation it shows this was delivered on the 7th for you. We don't advertise next day delivery, we offer Royal Mail 24 which is their first class service which can be up to 3 working days however most orders are delivered next working day. If you can drop me an email to sales@vapourdepot.com with when you received your order dispatched / order complete notifications and I can check to see if there is any reason for the delays in the emails being delivered to you. Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that you felt the prices for postage were high. The prices for International Postage are charged at cost price, meaning we only charge what the postal service charges to us. All our delivery prices can be found on our Delivery Information page, the shipping calculator at checkout and each product page on the Delivery & Refunds tab, so we are very transparent about how much the shipping cost will be prior to your purchase. Was this the only reason for the 2 star review? We would appreciate if you could reconsider your star rating to reflect the service which was provided and if there were any other issues we can certainly work with you to resolve this. I used Vapour Depot to purchase some flavour concentrates. However Vapour Depot will not be my first port of call in the future, most flavours are out of stock than in stock. Poor.

Hi Ian, Sorry that our stock levels have let you down in the past. We've been working hard to restock popular brands. Currently we have restocked TFA & Capella so all but a couple are available. Inawera, FlavourArt and Flavor West will all be restocked over the next week or so. Again please accept my apologies.
