I ordered 3 blueberry pomegranate bar juice however I received the wrong item they sent me blueberry sour raspberry, so I emailed them and they apologised and they said they would dispatch the correct item to me. I received the order and again they sent me the wrong flavour and it was the blueberry sour raspberry instead off the blueberry pomegranate. I understand when someone makes a mistake for the first time but on the second time they would make sure it’s correct. I won’t be placing anymore orders with this company as I got let down twice now.

Paid for 48 hour delivery placed the order at 2pm Friday didnt receive the order till the following Friday

Hi there, We have checked your order details. I can see the order was shipped on Monday the 24th of October, however Royal Mail workers were took strike action on Tuesday 25th of October. This mean that the package would not move through the Royal Mail network on that day. I can see the delivery arrived on the 28th of October, which was 2 working days after dispatch, within the expected time frame. I would hope you can reconsider your review rating based on this information. Many thanks Vapour Depot

My elf mate bar and pods came to me faulty, through no fault of Vapour Depot. I emailed them to explain, they asked for details and then never got back to me, so I have spent £30 of pods that leak and burn straight through to the base of the bar constantly.

Hi Kirsty Unfortunately we cannot provide support on Instagram as we receive hundreds of messages each day which don't always hit our main inbox and have no way to link usernames to our customers. I ordered from here for my first load of liquids and it was really good. However I’ve recently ordered over £30 worth of liquids and paid for first class and it’s been a week and nothing has been delivered and the tracking number I got given isn’t even working.

BOUGHT CHEAP £30 MOD , 510 BECAME LOOSE AND DOOR MAGNETS FELL OF ALL WITHIN 1ST WEEK OPENED TICKET TO RETURN/DEAL WITH ,NO REPLY IN 8 DAYS AND DO NOT ANSWER CALLS THEN CLOSED TICKET OVER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND !( WHILE I WAS ON HOLIDAY AND THEM ASWELL I BELIEVE ? ) AND WANTED PICTURES OF LOOSE 510 ? REALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY update since when do you have to supply pictures or videos of a faulty item before you can return it ? trying to contact me ? ! 1 x email after review left ? pity you didn't answer the first 5 emails over 7 days you didn't respond to ???

Hi James We have been trying to contact you regarding your fault however had no reply. The first thing we need is some photos / short video of the issue. Once we have this we can authorise a pre-paid postage label for you in order to replace the device. Regards Jonny

Didn't send my entire order, left something out. Wouldn't refund the shipping even though I paid extra. Won't be shopping here again as a result.

Hello David, I'm sorry you feel that you have been let down. We did not intentionally leave any items out of your order, it was a packing error. We're only human so sometimes mistakes can be made, especially on orders with a number on flavour concentrates. Once you had contacted us to advise of the missing product, we shipped the missing item out immediately for you at our own cost. We would not refund the original shipping fee, as this is a cost which we incur from the shipping carrier (Royal Mail). Please note that the shipping cost you paid was for the tracked service, not faster processing or shipping speed. On this occasion, we can agree to refund the cost of the missing item to you. Meaning once that item arrives with you then you will have received it free of charge. If you wish to accept this, then just reply to the email that we will be sending you. I would hope you could reconsider your 1 star rating as we feel this is very harsh considering immediate resolution of the problem. Many thanks Jonny
