“Excellent roof rack!! Really happy with my purchase built up and fitted myself, looks great on my van and good build quality. Great service from Van Essentials from start to finish answered any queries I had and also amended my order, I originally ordered the wrong roof rack for my style of van and Alan was in contact with me straight away to help me with my order and fast delivery within 2 days it had arrived. “Very good service . Phoned up for further information staff member was very helpful. Genuine and honest wasn’t pushing for a sale . Answered all questions I had, sent links to which items were suitable for the van. Gave 5% discount off which was nice of him . Would highly recommend”

“Purchased several products over two orders for my van (roof rack, door ladder, ladder holder, pipe tube etc). Excellent order process. Got a call on both orders to confirm I had ordered the correct parts for my van. Received everything on a next-day delivery with no issues with any products. First-class service in every respect. “I bought a Rhino top of the range roof rack for our Vauxhall Vivaro, The roof rack now it's on is brilliant and the delivery of the same was perfect, couldn't fault it. So, why am I only giving it 2 stars? The instructions that are sent in the box are abysmal whoever wrote them should be doing something, anything other than writing instructions, the diagrams are awful and the ones you have to magnify don't they just become a blur. I read them as well as decided they were rubbish and called the company and told them, I think they may have agreed. "You should have a video"said I. "We have they said it was a speeded up video of a guy fitting it and it said 1 guy can attach in 20 something minutes, 2 guys in 14 minutes, if there was a rhino fitting Olympics this guy would win. It took me 4 and a half hours. In these days of Utube videos it would be so easy to post an actual fitting showing each action that the instructions supposedly show.”
