“I ordered 2 different items and only one arrived after numerous times calling the phone number a detailed message was left stating that part of my order had not been deivered and no one has been in touch regarding this, So as it stands I am currently hundreds of pounds out of pocket and still no dleivery or communication”

Hello, Kevin. Your order was placed on Sunday 29th May and was dispatched on Monday 30th May. The carriers attempted delivery at 3.13 pm the following day, but there was nobody at the address to receive the delivery and we had not been given any instructions on a safe place to leave, it is a block of flats with open access. The carriers attempted delivery on the Wednesday, sadly again with nobody available to receive the goods. After 3 days of no contact, the goods were returned to us. We resent the package and this has been delivered to you.
