“I bought a Rhino top of the range roof rack for our Vauxhall Vivaro, The roof rack now it's on is brilliant and the delivery of the same was perfect, couldn't fault it. So, why am I only giving it 2 stars? The instructions that are sent in the box are abysmal whoever wrote them should be doing something, anything other than writing instructions, the diagrams are awful and the ones you have to magnify don't they just become a blur. I read them as well as decided they were rubbish and called the company and told them, I think they may have agreed. "You should have a video"said I. "We have they said it was a speeded up video of a guy fitting it and it said 1 guy can attach in 20 something minutes, 2 guys in 14 minutes, if there was a rhino fitting Olympics this guy would win. It took me 4 and a half hours. In these days of Utube videos it would be so easy to post an actual fitting showing each action that the instructions supposedly show.”

“Hi I ordered 2 van steps online for a Peugeot Boxer and a Ford Transit 3 boxes arrived the 1st time with Roof Racks in them and one step I called and spoke to a guy called Alan who was very helpful and tried to resolve the problem he asked me to keep hold of these boxes and he would send out a new order which should have been 3 boxes only 2 arrived the 3rd box he had to find and then get it sent out again I know have 6 boxes in my Garage and none of them seem to be what I have ordered or I've it is I cant work out what box goes with what there are lots of brackets nuts and bolts etc but they were all loose in the boxes,I have orderedfrom this company before and had no problems this might be down to staff shortages etc I dont know but not sure how they will rectify this problem as I am still awaiting my order.”
