I bought a Rhino top of the range roof rack for our Vauxhall Vivaro, The roof rack now it's on is brilliant and the delivery of the same was perfect, couldn't fault it. So, why am I only giving it 2 stars? The instructions that are sent in the box are abysmal whoever wrote them should be doing something, anything other than writing instructions, the diagrams are awful and the ones you have to magnify don't they just become a blur. I read them as well as decided they were rubbish and called the company and told them, I think they may have agreed. "You should have a video"said I. "We have they said it was a speeded up video of a guy fitting it and it said 1 guy can attach in 20 something minutes, 2 guys in 14 minutes, if there was a rhino fitting Olympics this guy would win. It took me 4 and a half hours. In these days of Utube videos it would be so easy to post an actual fitting showing each action that the instructions supposedly show.
