“I followed your suggestion to move from Octopus to British Gas for my electric seller, British Gas after initial internet application , then followed by 6 phone calls from 30.4.26 till May 19th was very unsatisfactory, they kept telling me to do things, not customer orientated at all, when I asked to speak witha manger I was told no. Silly ill trained staff, do not follwo up, vey disappointing.”
