“Use-IP oouze customer service right from the time you visit their website through to prompt order deliveries and followup. Their Youtube channel and forum are really helpful in the selection of cameras and range of prodcut suits all types of customers. I don't hesitate to go straight to Use-IP when needing more cameras.”

“This is our second order with Use ip, the first order, we got in touch to with them and told them our thoughts on what we wanted and they confirmed what we needed, placed the order and it came very very fast, So we decided to add 2 more camera's to our system and yet again Use ip came through, this company you can trust them 100%, and their help is much appreciated”

“Communication was spot on. They did a stock check to make sure they had the camera I wanted, which they did. I ordered it online, paid, received it the next day. Can't fault service, will be using again.”

“From initial enquiry to delivery Use-ip were responsive and helpful. Pricing was good and supply was quick. I've since used them a second time and no doubt will be back again when I need to upgrade. Their informative YouTube videos and step-by-step guides were very helpful as well, especially when instruction manuals you get with some products are so poor.”

“USE-IP were very helpful with my questions prior to purchase, I thought this would be the case seeing their web forum and youtube videos. The delivery was dispatched really quickly and had clearly been packaged with care. This looks like a small business who prides itself on customer service and one which I would be very happy to purchase from again in the future.”

“I first bought a camera system, comprising of 14 cameras and an NVR, from Use-IP 3 years ago. Recently I upgraded the system to Hikvision 8MP turrets, 4MP Cubes and a Hikvision DS-7732NI-I4-16P. The support provided by USE-IP is tremendous, and in particular I found the YouTube videos and the Forum invaluable resources; I recommend you check them out. They obviously spend a huge amount of time, effort and money doing these. We, as purchasers, should encourage companies that provide this support and infrastructure and purchase from these committed, long-term (family) businesses rather than worrying about saving a couple of ££s from some purely price-based web organisation that lives off the back of others. I highly recommend USE-IP, their products and in particular their pre- and post-sales support.”
