“I use USE-IP all the time for my hardware requirements. I do a lot of installs in various locations and environments, the team at USE-IP will always come up with the goods, even the stuff they don't stock and is rather niche is no challenge for them to source. A rated company, a pleasure to do burliness with.”

“I'm a farmer - so rural crime is a significant threat. I've been sourcing my cameras, NVR and replacements from Use-Ip for some years. So I'm a small customer. They are consistently excellent: always available on the phone for sound advice, and orders are processed and sent immediately. The contrast with almost every other business one tries to contact these days is remarkable. So without hesitation, I give them 5 full stars. You cannot do better. Available, helpful and absolutely reliable.”

“The team have great knowledge and are extremely helpful. I sent them a couple pictures and the spec of the existing system and they responded with options at two price points. One of the items was damaged on arrival and after a couple emails a return had been arranged.”

“I have so far purchased 1 camera from use-ip. As a beginner in the world of cctv, I have required some help with setting it up and the team here have been great. “I have been dealing with use=IP for a number of years and quite a few camera purchases; I have always had excellent service. The live chat is really efficient and the staff are very knowledgeable. On the one occasion where I bought a camera that didn't suit my purpose (my own decision) use-IP took it back and set me up with an alternative without fuss or delay.”

“Once again excellent service from Use-ip, great help in choosing a camera for what I needed. A Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2-LU(C) 8MP ColorVu Mini Bullet Network Camera 2.8mm was ordered and received within two days, the unit was easily added to the system and as the snapshot from about 2 am shows the night vision is superb. I can honestly say that I am more than pleased with my purchase”
