“I am a Chartered Building surveyor specialising in building defects and I have used Uretek several times over the years to help resolve sunken floors and ground instability. “Excellent and efficient service right through from the first phone call to the work being done. Everyone was very friendly and informative and guided us through the whole process. This is such an innovative and brilliant way of dealing with ground improvement works without any upheaval whatsoever. The job was relatively small and completed in less than half a day, and the works team were happy, friendly, efficient and we felt confident of being in good hands. They kept everything tidy and clean and cleared everything afterwards. All done in lockdown and they arrived fully kitted out in PPE and had all their needs with them. This is one slick operation and you cannot fail to be impressed. We are absolutely delighted with the result and highly recommend them!”

“There was a false start on the day when the work was scheduled in that it turned out that a site survey was needed. This should have been dealt with in advance and caused unnecessary delay and worry. They had not sent the right team to undertake the service work. They returned a week later and conducted the whole operation within the day, but it was £1000 more expensive than I had anticipated. The work itself appears to have been undertaken to a high standard, but time will tell if there is further slippage.”

“I am very impressed with your whole operation from undertaking a WhatsApp survey to produce a quotation weeks befor the competition could stir themselves into action. The site work was really excellent whole job completed in one day albeit assisted by us preparing the site correctly as requested (apparently not always the experience of your opertaions team). I will definitely recommend your services and I hope my insurers NFU Mutial and their loss adjusters Crawford should be suitably impressed!”

“The results from work carried out by Geobear we’re astonishing! A minor crack which had slowly started opening up in our living room closed completely immediately following injection. Minimal disruption and work completed same day.”

“It is fair to say we approached the impending work with some nervousness, although this was not warranted as James McAuley your Area Manager had given us lots of reassurance and explained the procedures to us in some detail. However, we have a slightly unusual house with it's arrangement with next door therefore were concerned that all should go smoothly and well. James Mcauley Jame’s visits not only convinced us and our neighbour that Geobear was the correct course of action and you were the solution to our problems but he was also very personable and we felt we could trust his advice. Nothing was too much trouble for him, which was unimportant to us and our neighbour. James’s demonstrated excellent knowledge, particularly when he met our surveyor. We felt he had genuine empathy with our situation and built up a great rapport with us as your customers and was very professional. We had confidence in James. The job was allocated to Dom and Phil Dom was soon putting us at our ease and very personable, friendly and business like. Polite and again happy to reassure us and explain exactly what was going to happen and the sequence of events. He was brilliant. He was quickly aware of our concerns and nothing was a problem. Dom is obviously very experienced and has a great practical knowledge which further instilled our trust in him and by extension Geobear. Phil also was a nice easy going man who got on with his work in a professional diligent quiet way which we really liked. He was careful where it was needed and did all he could to minimise the inevitable disruption to our home. Both these men were punctual, courteous, and could be left to just get on with their work which we were grateful about. They worked so well together as a team. They both showed the utmost respect towards us, our old property, and the garden and are both a great asset to your company and we hope you will pass on our thanks to them for doing such an excellent job for us. The house and garden was left very clean and tidy when they had finished the job. We both felt we could not have wished for two nicer men to have done this job for us. Jamie the Drains Man Jamie was clearly an experienced “drains man” and was thorough and professional. We appreciated his care and supporting role in the procedure. Conclusion I do not give praise faintly as I have 25 years experience in training staff in customer service and sales technique. It is in this context that we we would like to thank your men, for an excellent job, and for exceeding our exceptions with their customer service and customer care. They have left us feeling more confident about the future of the house and that hopefully we will see we have made the right decisions to use Geobear to stabilise our home for us and future generations. “Having been in the building trade myself for 35 years, it’s good to see a contractor that’s prompt, professional, and has knowledgable polite employees. The work was done on time with no mess , the lads explained each step of the works throughout the day. I would recommend Uretek to anybody who’s found themselves having the same problems we have. “Very responsive to email and process explained well prior to being carried out. Appear to be no issues following solution. Communication on day was poor. Had arranged for family member to be at the property for time of arrival of 8.30 am (80 mile round trip for them). I telephoned over an hour after this due to non-arrival to be told they had only left depot at 8.30 am due to technical issues and were still 200 miles away. Family had to go door to door to find someone who could take our key to give access. Office was advised where key was left but this was not passed on to workmen. Workmen's communication with us couldn't be faulted. Otherwise no problems.”
