Candle arrived quickly and looks pretty but no scent. Very poor. Will not buy from this company again.

Wrong item sent (to Germany) as a gift. On contacting customer services was told nothing could be done. Very poor show.

Hi Carol, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and having found the best resolution for you accidentally ordering the wrong item which was being sent to Germany, we hope you will reconsider the star rating. Once you contacted us to advise on your mistake, we immediately took the time to liaise with DHL to try to retrieve your package that had been dispatched the previous day. However, it was already in Germany and could not be retrieved as it was due to be delivered that day. We therefore advised it would need to be returned to us so that we could help you with an exchange. We cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong item, but we always endeavour to help. Kind regards, Anna

Scents are great - bought tea lights to sample. But they only burn half before the wick is drowned and goes out. Avoided a costly mistake on a larger candle, made me decide not to buy them.

Body wash received unfortunately the pump action doesn’t work on the dispenser. Have contacted customer services twice but no one has responded

I am still awaiting my parcel I had to change delivery time so item was going to be deliver to local pick up point. Not had an email to say it’s there and I’ve called there twice - it’s not there. Will be over a week now since original delivery date and I have no idea where my goods are

Lovely product - coconut grove hand and body wash - terrible packaging - polystyrene NURDLES. Can’t stomach the environmental damage.

Order placed. No info about import taxes. 36 eur I had to pay on an order valued 114 eur. 2 emails to customer service. Never received an answer. Will never purchase from them again.
