“I placed an order for this shade. After ordering I had to change the delivery address and telephoned to arrange this. I spoke to a very pleasant helpful man who said this was no problem. The shade arrived in good time and I am very pleased with it. It suits my room very well and is good quality. Good company to deal with and nice products, so I have just ordered another shade.”

“These lampshades are absolutely first class in all aspects. The quality, the style and the workmanship. As for the service, well, I've dealt with a lot of sales people in my life but none as friendly and as efficient as the people at Universal. Anyone wanting light shades or fittings I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you George.”
