“Myfamilysilver has an excellent website which is supported by responsive customer service. I have found them really good to deal with and have placed a number of orders with them - all of which have been efficiently expedited. Their silver is consistently of high quality and it is reasonably priced. I have been very pleased with everything that I have bought from myfamilysilver and would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Very professional and knowledgeable about their area. Helpful when there were a few questions. Accommodating when I had some special requests about when and where for delivery. However, their delivery partner, Royal Mail, let them down, despite assurances. Alls well that ends well, though, and the recipient of the ring was very pleased”

“Thankyou. I have been delighted with recent purchases of a sauce boat with crest as well as x2 table spoons and x3 mustard spoons with crest. There are other items on the portal that would interest me. The prices on your items are very much on the high side compared with, for example, the silver page on Selling Antiques. They are both more reasonably priced and flexible with offers. My Family Silver is lacking in these two areas. I suspect more sales would result if you could introduce flexibility. Alan L-S”

“Excellent service from the dealer holding the item that I had expressed an interest in, after the notification of its availability that I would not have found otherwise. I was slow in checking the email notification from the site as items in which I have an interest appear very infrequently. I would recommend the use of the site and the dealer from whom I purchased my item to anybody searching for 'lost' family heirloom pieces of silver, gold or plate.”

“The website was a little confusing since what was being offered appeared 3 identical times on the same “page”. When trying later to buy the 1817 spoons I got in a complete tangle over username and passwords not agreeing with each other and gave up! I also object to having to pay P and P twice: once for your “Lot” of two spoons and separately for your Lot of one spoon, that then arrived in same package. Charles Lane.”

“The item I purchase has smaller dimensions than was stated. The outside frame was even smaller than stated. I am very disappointed about the product and the price payed. The price would have been in keeping if the item had been at the size stated. The graphics were nice, but I will not be returning to your company for further business.”
