“Visiting this website is like opening a box of chocolates - so many tempting things, beautifully displayed. I've been impressed by the customer service - a personalised message when an item I was interested in had been sold, with the upshot that I went back and purchased another (more expensive) item.”

“The website was a little confusing since what was being offered appeared 3 identical times on the same “page”. When trying later to buy the 1817 spoons I got in a complete tangle over username and passwords not agreeing with each other and gave up! I also object to having to pay P and P twice: once for your “Lot” of two spoons and separately for your Lot of one spoon, that then arrived in same package. Charles Lane.”
