“Excellent customer care. Service is always prompt, and understanding. I had to extend several loans against assets due to a protracted legal case. Unbolted customer services were very helpful and my concerns about losing my assets were allayed as I was able to extend each loan giving me time to wait for an interim payment to cover the cost of each loan as and when compensation comes in. The valuation of my assets was well above my expectation. I am also grateful that I won't be losing precious assets. Taking a loan against them has been so helpful in times of great need. The interest I will be paying on the loans is minimal compared to the prospect of losing those assets, had I sold them. Thank you Unbolted for your continued excellent service which has given me peace of mind in challenging circumstances.”
