“Terrible company. They promised a refund that I never received. They kept saying since August that they were looking into it. I have conversations via what’s app asking for bank account details and even voice messages that they will do the refund: it’s almost December and they keep having meetings about my refunds. Never buy from them. If you want them to keep your money, go ahead !”

“Placed order in Sept 2023. Since I did not receive the parcel, I contacted customer service for a refund and they said they would refund on 08 Oct 2023, as of 01 Nov2023 I have not received a refund and website disappeared and their email is not reachable anymore!”

“Has anyone else still not received products yet? The Company closed down! I placed an order on 29.09.2023 worth almost 400 euros. No products, no refund. I reached someone on the mobile yesterday, who explained I would get a refund as they are an honest company. I should send an email to sales, he said. I sent several emails to sales as well as customer service before I had this phone conversation. Today, I was informed that both email addresses are disconnected. If someone from UK Sarms is reading this, contact me and refund my money. This is unacceptable. Otherwise, I will press legal charges! It is an annoying process, but it is worth it for me! I have done this plenty of times before. Anyone who did not receive the products or refund, please get in touch with me! Together, we are stronger, especially when I go the legal way. I look for others on different websites! Hang in there, Guys!”

“More than a month has passed and they do not give me support to find my order, they simply indicated that it is my problem and I should look for it with the transport company, they indicated that they would help me contact them but it did not happen, so far I have no response and they It's annoying since I've spent €170 on products that I don't have yet.”

“I have ordered 4 different types of drops, which wasn't cheap. I haven't even received a confirmation number. I have also had the same email replied each time I have emailed to find out what it going on. I have already made 1 payment! Not happy at all with the response to my query at all. Would not recommend.”

We have been operating honestly and fairly for over 5 years now without many complaints. We try and test our products with two different laboratories before they're compounded into liquids, meaning that we know and are 100% assured that you as our customer get the very best compounds available on the market. If this is review is orientated around the potential for a refund then we please ask you to reconsider the damage which this review does to our reputation. “Ordered on February 14. Asked for information since I didn't have any follow up for the package in 2 weeks and they informed me that they couldn't send it due to courier problems. Asked to cancel the order but they claim that the courier has the package so they can't refund either. Waiting for their customer support for feedback. Losing hope in silence...”

“Unfortunately this has been the worst online Shopping experience I‘ve ever had and still (!!) is. I ordered a Package of around 500€ in the 9th of December 2022 to Gernany. This Package has Not arrived yet !!! We now have the 19th of January. So im waiting For 6 weeks now and still nothing … I Received packages from the USA way faster than this. But Not only the „Delay“ ( you barely can call it like that ), also the Service has been Not really pleasuring. No One from UKsarms, ever reached out to me. I had to get in contact all the Time, Even After they knew about the issue. No One seemed to be bothered getting in Touch. They now offered me as a sign of apology i guess, a 13% discount on my Next purchase, which i almost find a bit ridiculous Consindering the Situation…. Anyway, im pretty Sure they deliver Well within the UK, if you Are from the outside however, i can only advise highly against it.”
