“I made my order on 24 January 2023, I never received it. I asked for a refund but they don't respond.”

“Ordered on February 14. Asked for information since I didn't have any follow up for the package in 2 weeks and they informed me that they couldn't send it due to courier problems. Asked to cancel the order but they claim that the courier has the package so they can't refund either. Waiting for their customer support for feedback. Losing hope in silence...”

“Has anyone else still not received products yet? The Company closed down! I placed an order on 29.09.2023 worth almost 400 euros. No products, no refund. I reached someone on the mobile yesterday, who explained I would get a refund as they are an honest company. I should send an email to sales, he said. I sent several emails to sales as well as customer service before I had this phone conversation. Today, I was informed that both email addresses are disconnected. If someone from UK Sarms is reading this, contact me and refund my money. This is unacceptable. Otherwise, I will press legal charges! It is an annoying process, but it is worth it for me! I have done this plenty of times before. Anyone who did not receive the products or refund, please get in touch with me! Together, we are stronger, especially when I go the legal way. I look for others on different websites! Hang in there, Guys!”

“Unfortunately this has been the worst online Shopping experience I‘ve ever had and still (!!) is. I ordered a Package of around 500€ in the 9th of December 2022 to Gernany. This Package has Not arrived yet !!! We now have the 19th of January. So im waiting For 6 weeks now and still nothing … I Received packages from the USA way faster than this. But Not only the „Delay“ ( you barely can call it like that ), also the Service has been Not really pleasuring. No One from UKsarms, ever reached out to me. I had to get in contact all the Time, Even After they knew about the issue. No One seemed to be bothered getting in Touch. They now offered me as a sign of apology i guess, a 13% discount on my Next purchase, which i almost find a bit ridiculous Consindering the Situation…. Anyway, im pretty Sure they deliver Well within the UK, if you Are from the outside however, i can only advise highly against it.”

“Placed order in Sept 2023. Since I did not receive the parcel, I contacted customer service for a refund and they said they would refund on 08 Oct 2023, as of 01 Nov2023 I have not received a refund and website disappeared and their email is not reachable anymore!”

“To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. My first workout 1/2 mL of Rad and 1/2 mL of Ostarine one hour before going to the gym, and I put on 20 lbs on my bench press. It's a 2 km walk to the gym and I felt something even before I lifted. The walk was "easier", not that it's hard but it seemed effortless. Wild stuff!”

“Terrible company. They promised a refund that I never received. They kept saying since August that they were looking into it. I have conversations via what’s app asking for bank account details and even voice messages that they will do the refund: it’s almost December and they keep having meetings about my refunds. Never buy from them. If you want them to keep your money, go ahead !”

“I have ordered several times from this company and I always got a great customer service, in addition to that the products are pure and good quality, I tried other SARMS brands and was a bit disappointed from the quality, but with UK SARMS I can feel that the products act differently and in a better way and seen therefore greater results, the only negative point is the price, I have to say that it's a way more expensive than the other sellers. I recommend this company 300%”

“I am a repeat customer of UK Sarms and have been very happy in the past. However the formula for the latest batch of RAD140 they I received was not the same color or consistency that I am used to. I contacted UK Sarms on 1 September to return the product to them for a refund. 2 weeks later my query is still sitting with the management team and no refund. This is not good customer centric service”
