Ordered on February 14. Asked for information since I didn't have any follow up for the package in 2 weeks and they informed me that they couldn't send it due to courier problems. Asked to cancel the order but they claim that the courier has the package so they can't refund either. Waiting for their customer support for feedback. Losing hope in silence...
