“My first order was brilliant. All smooth, products looking good. However my 2nd order #43370 has been terrible! They've acknowledged payment and processing. But over a week and not posted to me. Confidence in this company providing my training supplements in time has been shaken. It's a shame because I have clients wanting to get me to purchase for them now. What can I tell them?”

“I ordered a 40mg Retatrutide pen on the 26th Of December. The pen arrived on January the 11th. I realise the Xmas break was happening so there would be obvious delays. UK SARMs did keep in contact with me through what’s app even though the messages were very gappy . Would I use uk SARMs again? Yes. There are so many scam sites out there but uk SARMs Is definitely not one of them👊”

“*update* Since leaving my initial 1 star review (see below) I was contacted directly by a member of their team who offered their apologies and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. So despite the issues I have, they were resolved in the end. Reading other reviews around the same time it would appear the company may have had a little blip and is now back on track. Would now use again.”

“European customer here : I ordered here around two weeks ago, I thought my parcel was lost because I had 0 answer from the customer support team like 0 confirmation of package sent and nothing… but I had an answer a few days ago with a tracking number, my 400£ parcel isn’t lost and is in my country already, yay ! Was scared at first but I guess they have a lot of customer orders… thankfully they answered. Be patient… and.. yeah ask them, also if the customer support doesn’t answer ask also to the marketing team (answer to the mail that sends ads from Uksarms)”

“Overall, a solid company. Although there was an unexpected 14-day delay due to the item being out of stock, they made up for it by including an extra vial as compensation. Once dispatched, delivery took only 3 days. In the end, everything was handled well and I’m satisfied with the outcome.”
