“My parcel arrived broken, one syringe adaptor was missing from it. I left a message online and I was ready to place another order of the missing adaptor thinking they may just ignore me. Steve(sorry I can no longer access the chat record to get his name correct) from UKmedi read my message and sent a replacement straightaway without delay. I received the replacement next day in the post and my appointment carried on as planned. Thank you so much Steve.”
