“Well the tape is fine, but the packaging wasn't; one tiny roll of tape in a massive box! This meant I had to be in to take the delivery, which led to a delay. Why so much unnecessary packaging? I can only assume it's so you can charge more for delivery. That's not good. For your profits, perhaps, but not for the planet.”

Hi, Sorry to hear you’ve had an issue with your order I've checked the tracking and it shows as being delivered the next day after you ordered along with a photo of the item being delivered. Robbie

“Second order was fine, only issue was the picture shows letterbox friendly and it wasn't, I think when you select an option that takes it past the letterbox size it should tell you. Luckily someone was there to take in the parcel. I specifically left off the sharps bin as I wasn't sure if anyone was going to be around to take in the parcel.”

“Most of the boxes were ok. But 3 had compartments that didn't click close, therefore rendering them useless. I realise this is only a minor fault, but it is irritating.”
