“I had to phone up in the end as l was not able to navigate easily through your website and lost 45 minutes Eventually l spoke with Robbie who was kind and set my account up Then everything was fine”

Hi, Thanks for your review, sorry that you had an issue. As discussed via email, you had not completed the details required to provide a shipping quotation so you were unable to checkout. All the fields within the checkout are required and once you have selected a shipping method you will be asked for payment details. Robbie

“I have been placing orders regularly since November last year and never had issues but the last delivery had one broken bottle and the packaging was different and poorly handled.”
