“I spent just over £25. This gave me free delivery. At checkout a 10% discount code popped up which I applied. When I check my account I was charged £3.99 extra for shipping as the discount of £2.50 to it below £25. The payment was not updated on screen. Customers should see how much they are paying before proceeding to payment.”

Hi, Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. I've checked and our checkout does correctly update the payment amount after a discount coupon is applied but understand how this could be confusing. All of our promotions (free shipping, discounts) can only be used separately and we are working on a way to display this better at the checkout.
